By creating an account, accessing, or using ArtFandom, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ArtFandom is a teen art social platform for users ages 13 and older. The service allows users to create profiles, share artwork and other creative content, interact with the community, and access optional premium features.
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- Subscription name: ArtFandom Pro
- Price: $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year
- Length: Monthly or annual subscription periods
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and post on ArtFandom. By submitting content, you grant ArtFandom a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any law or the rights of others.
5. Age Requirements
ArtFandom is intended only for users age 13 and older. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and able to agree to these Terms. Users under 13 may not create an account or use the platform.
