• Device information: We may collect device type, operating system, app version, and technical identifiers for app functionality and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate, improve, and maintain the ArtFandom app and services.
• To enforce community safety, moderation standards, and platform rules.
• To process subscriptions and in-app purchases through Apple and RevenueCat.

3. Information Sharing

• We do not sell user data.
• We do not share personal data with advertisers.
• We use trusted third-party services for core app operations:
  • Supabase for hosting and database infrastructure
  • RevenueCat for subscription and purchase infrastructure
  • Expo for mobile build and app delivery infrastructure

4. Children's Privacy

ArtFandom is intended for users ages 13–17. We require age verification at signup. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child under 13 has provided personal information, they may contact us and request deletion.

5. User-Generated Content

• Users are responsible for the content they post on ArtFandom.
• We use moderation systems including keyword filtering and a strike system to support community safety.
• Users can report content and accounts that may violate our guidelines.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account in the app settings. Account deletion removes associated account data, including profile data and user-generated content tied to that account, subject to legal or safety obligations.

7. Security

• Data transmitted between your device and our services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
• Data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure and access controls.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the effective date and provide notice in the app or through other appropriate channels.
